Experience

Jim is President and CEO of Bruce G. Pollock & Associates, Realtors and of KEB Investments, a real estate development company, where his responsibilities include the acquisition, leasing and management of all company properties. 

Mr. Evans was the President of the Institute of Real Estate Management, Michigan Chapter 5 in 2004 and was the 2005/2006 Regional Vice President of Region 6.  Jim has also given his time to such organizations as the Grand Blanc Chamber of Commerce Issues Committee and Transition House.  He is currently on the Board of Directors of Warwick Hills Golf and Country Club and President of Vision 20/20.
